As one of Turkey's top three fertilizer producers, İGSAŞ plays a foundational role in the nation's agricultural ecosystem and rural economy. The agribusiness sector is undergoing rapid digital transformation, with farmers increasingly relying on mobile platforms to manage purchasing decisions, access product information, and stay connected with suppliers. İGSAŞ needed a mobile application that could bridge the gap between industrial-scale production and the everyday needs of Turkish farmers — an interface that felt intuitive in the field, not just in the office. The core challenge was designing an experience that was device-agnostic, visually clear, and accessible to users across varying levels of digital literacy.

Kalm Works' digital team took responsibility for the end-to-end UI design of the İGSAŞ Mobile application, building interfaces that prioritize clarity, responsiveness, and ease of use. We applied a mobile-first design methodology, ensuring consistent visual hierarchy and performance across all screen sizes and operating systems. Understanding the agricultural user base was central to our design decisions — layouts were kept clean and navigational flows were kept shallow to minimize cognitive load for users in demanding field environments. The result is a polished, professional mobile experience now available on all major app marketplaces.
